All you need to know about voucher refunds

All the vouchers available on our platform are non-refundable. We want to ensure that our users are aware of this before making a purchase.

Therefore, prior to buying any voucher, we show the below screenshot that clearly outlines our terms and conditions. This way, you can make an informed decision about your purchase, prior to making payment.

We understand there may be exceptional circumstances as to why you may need a refund. In those cases, we would recommend reaching out to our Customer Happiness Team at help-me@perkbox.com or via the live chat function. Please provide as much detail as possible, as this will result in a faster resolution.

Please note, we are unable to make a decision on a refund without investigating the problem. This may mean we have to contact a third party in order to do this.
