While it is always great to encourage recognition of top performances and going above and beyond, it is also critical to uncover those that do a great job everyday. To help you with this we have Recognition Polls.
What is a poll?
A poll is a really simple but powerful way of identifying top talent and performers. A poll is an open ended question which employees vote on to pick a winner.
When the poll closes the person with the most votes is the winner and is published in the Celebration activity feed.
How do I create one?
Step 1
Enter the Celebration hub and hit 'Create Poll' to get started on the left-hand side.
Step 2
Fill out the details on the 'Create a poll' pop up, as shown below;
Step 3
Once the poll has been created, your employees will receive a notification to cast their vote and they can do this by entering the Celebration hub and clicking 'Cast your vote'.
Pick who you think is most deserving to win, enter a reason why and your are done. Remember you only get one vote, so make it count!
Once you have cast your vote you will be able to see the live leader board for that poll as well as all the other votes that have been sent.
When does it end and what happens?
You can configure the end date to be whenever you like, all polls end at 17:00 GMT on the day selected. The winner will be emailed once it closes along with being put into the recent activity feed.

Can I vote anonymously?
At this time, there is no option to vote anonymously.
Why can't I see other votes?
You can only see other votes once you have placed a vote yourself.
