NOTIFICATION OF PLANNED MAINTENANCE
Planned Maintenance start time: Friday 7th December, 18:00 GMT Planned Maintenance end time: Saturday 8th December, 06:00 GMT
From 6pm on Friday 7th December 2018 there will be planned maintenance work on the Perkbox Medical platform until 6am on Saturday 8th December, while we perform some essential platform upgrades.
The planned maintenance will be across the full service and patients will not be able to attend appointments, book appointments, or access their Perkbox Medical record during this time. Non-activated members will also not be able to activate their membership during this time.
We encourage all patients that may have been considering booking an appointment to do so in advance of this downtime to avoid disappointment or prolonged wait for a GP appointment. Should patients think they may need information stored within their medical record during this time they should also consider downloading this from their account and storing it securely where they can access it during this period.
All services and access will resume as normal from 6.00am Saturday 8th December.
Is there anyone that Perkbox Medical members can contact during the planned maintenance?
The Perkbox Customer Happiness team will be available to contact until midnight on the evening of Friday 7th December should you have any concerns. The team can assist you getting in touch with Doctor Care Anywhere. However, there will be limited access to records and no access to anything from within members’ accounts on their behalf. They will be able to support members with prescription fulfilment or onward referral processes, so long as the patient has this documentation already.

Between 12am and 6am, you can contact the Doctor Care Anywhere Patient Experience team directly.
The Patient Experience team are not medically trained, so members should not contact them should they be feeling unwell. If members are feeling unwell and cannot wait until services resume, we recommend they call emergency help services on 111 or 999, or visit a local Urgent Care Centre or Accident & Emergency Services.
