Emails are often filtered by your company firewall, internet service provider or email client before they arrive in your inbox. As a result, our email communications could be immediately discarded or identified as spam.
To prevent this from happening - as an Outlook user you can add our domain(s) to your safe senders list. Or as a network administrator at your company, you can whitelist our marketing IP address(es) to ensure emails are delivered.
We also recommend ensuring our website is enabled on your primary connection (such as within work WiFi). To do this, you just need to enable all wildcard requests from: *.perkbox.services
