Q) Why can’t I see my transactions?
It can sometimes take card providers up to 7 days to process transactions made with a linked card within hospitality partners. It can be longer for retail transactions, for more information check the perk's specific page or contact our Customer Happiness team. The transactions will appear in your Perkbox wallet under 'cleared transactions' once processed.
We'll notify you via email or SMS when your new transaction has been processed.
