GymFlex memberships are annual agreements and can’t usually be cancelled once they’ve started, as outlined in the terms and conditions.
That said, there are some exceptions for major life events – known as a lifestyle changes – such as relocating, injury, or a change in your medical condition.
You’ll need to contact GymFlex directly about cancelling your membership. They manage the gym agreements and any cancellation requests.
