What happens to my points if my account is deactivated?

Account deactivated – what happens to wallet funds, Flexi and Reward points, and what to do before access ends.

Updated this week

If your employment ends or your organisation ends its Perkbox subscription, your account will likely be deactivated. Here’s what that means and what to do.

What deactivation means

  • You won’t be able to log in once deactivation happens.

  • Any unspent wallet funds and points can’t be accessed after deactivation.

  • Flexi and Reward points can no longer be used when the account is deactivated.

  • Vouchers already downloaded may still be usable with the retailer, subject to their terms.

Preparing for deactivation

  • Use any wallet credit and redeem remaining Flexi or Reward points.

  • Download any vouchers or codes you plan to use and keep them somewhere safe.

If you have already left your company and lost access

Perkbox can’t reactivate accounts or retrieve unspent funds, as access is managed by your former employer. You can ask your previous employer if they are able to temporarily reactivate your account so you can use any remaining funds. This is at your employer’s discretion.
