Can I change my gym?

GymFlex memberships are annual agreements, so changes can’t usually be made once your membership starts. That said, there are some exceptions for major life events – known as a lifestyle change – such as moving to a different town or city.

If you think this applies to you, get in touch at with our Customer Support team via the chat button in the bottom-right corner. Be ready to explain your situation and share supporting documents, like proof of relocation.

We’ll then contact GymFlex on your behalf. Just a heads up – any decision to approve the change is down to GymFlex and depends on the availability of other gyms within the same chain. Perkbox can’t authorise changes directly.
