GymFlex memberships are annual agreements and can’t usually be cancelled once they’ve started, as outlined in the terms and conditions.
That said, there are some exceptions for major life events – known as a lifestyle change – such as relocating, injury, or a change in medical condition.

Let us know why you're requesting the cancellation and how it meets the lifestyle change criteria. You’ll also need to provide supporting evidence, such as a letter from your doctor or proof of relocation.
We’ll contact GymFlex on your behalf, but the final decision to cancel your membership lies with GymFlex.
