What's Single Sign-On?
Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials through your identity provider, such as Google Workspace or Azure (a Microsoft Office product).
The user will no longer need to remember different emails or passwords to sign into Perkbox. Only one set of login credentials that existed within Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, for example.
When you enable Single Sign-On, "Login via Single Sign On" will be available.

FAQs on SSO
What happens if I disconnect Single Sign-On with WorkOS?
Your users will still retain the same email to log into Perkbox, however they will then have to set a new password manually.
After I enable Single Sign-On, I see an option to "Enable login via email and password". What does it mean?
There're two ways to login in Perkbox, either login via Single Sign-On or enter a specific email and passwords for Perkbox only. When you enable login via email and password, it allows employees without company email or Single Sign-On setup to be able to login to Perkbox.
What happen if I want to change the SSO provider?
You can edit via WorkOS.
