Q. When will access to my Perkbox account stop?
A. Access to Perkbox as a CIPD benefit will stop at 00:01 on November 1st 2021.
Q. What happens to any un-claimed Gift Cards or Cinema Tickets?
A. All purchases made on the Perkbox platform can be found in the "my perks" section on the platform.
If your account has already closed, you will still have access to them via your email as we send all purchases to the email address associated to the account upon purchase. Search for "Your redemption instructions" in your inbox and you'll be able to find them.
Q. I've missed the deadline to re-claim vouchers, what should I do?
A. You can still access them via your email as all purchases made on the Perkbox platform are emailed to the email address associated to your account.
Q. Will I stop receiving emails from Perkbox after my account is closed?
A. Yes, you will stop receiving promotional emails from Perkbox as soon as your account is closed. However, Perkbox will contact you within one month afterwards to see if you want to continue with the service for your organisation*. T&Cs will apply.
Q. What will Perkbox do with my data after my account has closed?
A. Perkbox will delete your data 1 year after your account has closed. This is to allow time for any members who wish to, to sign up to the service. If you wish for your data to be deleted sooner, please contact the Perkbox customer happiness team on 020 8051 4555 Monday to Friday.
Q. What will happen to my Perkbox Wallet?
A. Wallet credit does not have a financial value outside of Perkbox as it can only be used on the Perkbox platform. Because of this, once your account has closed, you will lose access to any funds accrued. Your wallet credit can be used to purchase gift cards or cinema tickets up until your account has closed. If you have made a purchase using your wallet credit but have not used your gift card or cinema ticket, you will still be able to access them via your email as we send them to you upon purchase.
Q. What happens to any pending transaction after my account is closed?
A. Any pending transactions for gift cards or cinema tickets will still be fulfilled by Perkbox and will be delivered to the email address associated to your account. Pending transactions via PerksGo will be lost as wallet credit can only be spent on the Perkbox platform.
Q. How can I continue to access Perkbox?
