We’ve created a Wellness Week Challenge to help you achieve your 2022 health goals. Whether you’re looking to improve your mental or physical wellbeing – Wellness hub covers it all.

The goal is to practice wellness every day for a week from Monday 17th January – Sunday 23rd January.

No matter how big or small, no matter what that means for you. You can choose to follow our recommended plan or take your own path and discover content you prefer.

Each day you complete any content on Wellness hub during the week will get you a separate entry in the competition – with entries being capped at 1 per day. So the more days you complete, the higher your chances of winning! The 5 Champions will then be selected at random and contacted by 7th February.

Champions will receive a £100/ $200/ €100 voucher (or your local equivalent if not listed) to spend on a gift card of their choice from the Perkbox platform (take your pick from a range of food, fashion and entertainment vouchers).

Our recommended Wellness Week Challenge plan:

Day 1: Start things off by doing a meditation

Day 2: Stretch it out with yoga or pilates

Day 3: Strengthen your mind by completing a hypnosis

Day 4: Get your body moving with a workout

Day 5: Improve your mood with music from Spiritune

Day 6: Grow as a person with talking therapies

Day 7: Get a better night’s rest with sleep stories
