Q: What is the Top Trending Perk report ?

A: Shows the list of Perks that are trending within your company account — we determine trending Perks by the number of redemptions sorted from highest redeemed to the lowest

Q: What is the Engagement Summary report?

A: This report provides usage summary across the platform overall, as well as within individual hubs. It can be filtered by time period and country and team.

Q: How do we determine ‘Type’ of Perk?

A.

  • Discount voucher (%)

A type of Perk that provides the user with a percentage discount. This is provided via a discounted link that goes directly to the vendor website, or a discount code. The user doesn’t need to pay anything within the Perkbox platform.

Example: AO.com Perk, which is an 8% discount code

  • Discount voucher (sum)

A type of Perk that provides the user with a specific sum of money off (not a percentage discount). This is provided via a voucher code. The user doesn’t have to pay for this voucher within the Perkbox platform.

  • Gift card

A Perk which provides the user with a gift card or voucher for a vendor, at a discounted rate. This is purchased by the user on the Perkbox platform — it can then be used at the point of sale in-store and online.

  • Free

A Perk that is tagged as ‘Free’ in the platform. This type of Perk is free to redeem — the user doesn’t have to pay for it on the Perkbox platform or on the vendor site. However it may be subject to delivery fees.

  • Flexi Perk

A Perk which can be purchased using Flexi points

  • Competition

A saving made by participating in the competitions within the Perkbox Platform

  • Special rates

A Perk that is tagged as a ‘Special rate’ within our platform. While it doesn’t specify the exact discount, such offers provide a better than retail rate to the users.

  • Company benefits

When you add company benefits to your Perkbox platform, we are able to see how many times your employees have accessed them. Company benefits do not impact the savings calculations.

Q: How do we determine Savings?

A: There are two ways Savings are calculated

  • Sum of the amount that your employees have saved. For Gift cards, Flexi Perks, and Discount vouchers (sum), we calculate the monetary savings that employees have made with the redemptions. These savings have a currency value. The currency is shown in GBP and AUD

  • Average discount % - for Perks where we are unable to calculate monetary savings — for example in the case of discount vouchers (%) & ‘Free’. In these cases we calculate the average % savings employees have made with the redemption. Savings are shown in %

Q: How do we calculate Engaged users?

  • Perks hub: redeemed a Perk or a Flexi Perk
