Your Perkbox invoice is made up of several elements:
Perkbox Platform: This is the cost of the base software, which includes the 4 main hubs: Perks hub, Celebration hub, Wellness hub & Culture hub, as well as your Admin Dashboard.
Flexi Points bundle: These are the Flexi Points that are allocated to your users for them to spend on their choice of Flexi Perks within our Perks hub.
Enhanced or Basic EAP: This this is an add-on to your Perks hub, which provides employees with access to our Enhanced EAP perk.
Usage charges: You may notice an additional charge on your invoice called 'Usage' and this relates to additional users active on the platform within your previous billing period.
The way that our billing system works is that you will be billed for the minimum number of user licences on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as per your agreement, but for any additional users above that level, you will be charged retrospectively on a pro-rata basis.
The cost per additional user per day is calculated by dividing your monthly premium by the average number of days in a month (i.e. 30), so you would only pay for the number of days that those additional users are active on the platform, and nothing extra.

As an Admin, you can locate all the information about your company's current package and billing details within the 'Billing' section of your Admin Dashboard. To download your you would need to select the 'Past Invoices' option at the top of the page.
