Flexi points have an expiration date of 365 days from the date they are allocated and the platform will always take the oldest points first for the expiry order. For example, points received in September 2024 will not expire until August 2025.

You can check if you have any points due for expiry by clicking the purple Flexi point icon at the top of your Perkbox homepage.
