No, unfortunately additional Flexi points cannot currently be purchased or backdated.
This is because Flexi points are automatically allocated to people when they are added to the platform and then continuing to be automatically assigned until a user is deactivated.
If you want to reward your employees on an ad-hoc basis or need to backdate points for an employee (in an instance where they have been added to the platform later than intended), you can use Reward points instead.
