Reward points are additional points that help you to reward your employees on an ad-hoc basis and can be used to celebrate special occasions and achievements, such as: long service, special dates and life events.
Reward points can be purchased by clicking the 'Wallet' icon at the top of your Perkbox homepage and selecting 'Your points to give'.
Once purchased these can then either be sent directly by yourself as an admin or distributed to your managers for distribution amongst their teams.
Reward points can then be spent on any of the Rewards within the 'Reward' section of the platform, which you can locate by clicking 'Rewards' on the main homepage screen.
