How to: Add your custom benefits to the platform

Keep all your benefits in one place

You can add your other company benefits to Perkbox and they will appear alongside the Perks offered on the platform.

This is especially useful if you have any salary sacrifice schemes you want to embed onto your Perkbox platform.

Add a new custom benefit

Step One: Select the 'Customisation' toggle on the left-hand side of your Perkbox platform and select 'Custom Benefits'.

Step Two: Select 'Add a benefit' to launch a new Company Benefit Card. Complete the card information and select 'Continue'

  • who is this benefit for: here you can select if the benefit is visible to everyone in your company, or just specific teams or countries.

  • Benefit title: give your benefit a name

  • Benefit tile image: add an image to be displayed as a tile on the homepage. This should be 360 x 160 pixels in JPEG or PNG format, max file size (3MB)

  • Benefit Banner Image (optional): add an image to be used on the benefit page. This should be 920 x 350 pixels in JPEG or PNG format, max file size (3MB)

Step Three: Complete description information to explain the benefit to your employees, and any contact information they might need

Step Four: Complete the important Info section with any key points a user needs to know in about the benefit. You must enter one point as minimum, you can add more points if needed.

Step Five: Select 'continue'

Step Six: Complete the instructions section with any key points a user needs to know in order to claim the benefit. You must enter one instruction point as minimum, you can add more points if needed.

Step Seven: Select 'Save' the benefit will then appear in the Perks area of the Perkbox platform.


Managing your custom benefits

Overall Settings

This includes setting the visibility of the benefits (whether this is everyone at your company of specific teams/users), Adding a benefit title and adding an image to go alongside the benefit.

If you want your company benefits to appear at the top of your homepage tick the box that says 'Show custom benefits at top of homepage'.

  • View on site - you can see what the benefit looks like to your employees on the front end of the platform

  • Edit - adjust or update the benefit

  • Delete - remove the custom benefit from the platform
