Using points on Perkbox

The best savvy savers know that Perkbox is the place to get some amazing deals - and sometimes - points for freebies.

Depending on what subscription your company has and how they use the platform, you might see Flexi points and Reward points in your wallet.

Flexi points are usually given automatically based on your company’s subscription. If you want to increase how many Flexi points you get, you can get more by choosing to earn Flexi points instead of taking the discount on some perks.

Reward points are usually given directly to you by your manager or an admin if your company uses them.

The only difference between points is that Flexi points expire after 12 months and Reward points never expire.

Besides the expiration, there is no difference between the point's values.

The good news is you can now spend points together throughout the points-based catalogue.

We understand that sometimes you might end up with a few points left in each wallet - so we wanted to make your life easier and give you a way to maximise the value you get from Perkbox - unlocking more deals for you.

You can spend your points by going to perks and filtering them by Flexi point deals. Here you can spend both your points together.

If you prefer something you found in the Rewards catalogue (Rewards button in the main menu) - then you can spend both points there.

Whatever you choose to do, there’ll always be something to pick from.

Both points have the same value and can be used for the same things. Combining them gives you access to higher-value items that wouldn’t be available if you used just one.

Since your Flexi points expire, we prioritise using them first so you don’t lose them. If you are low on Flexi points, your Reward points will be used to cover the remaining balance.

You won’t need to. Both points work the same way for purchasing items. The only difference is that Reward Points don’t expire, giving you more flexibility.
