To change your account details, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen, which has either your initials or your profile picture, and select 'My Account'.
On this page you can upload a profile picture, change your name, update your preferred pronouns, add your date of birth, update your email address, and add a mobile number. Our help article, How to upload a profile picture, has a step-by-step guide on how to do this.
From your profile settings you can also change your contact preferences, manage your saved and linked payment cards, customise your interests, and change your password whenever you need to!
Please note: If you access Perkbox via single sign-on, or SSO (using pre-existing login details to your company’s single sign-on platform, such as Microsoft Azure or Google), then you can't change some of your details.
You will need to contact your internal Perkbox administrator to update these - they’re usually someone in HR/management.
