Perks Exclusions and Terms and Conditions

We try to make sure all relevant information for our Perks is as visible as possible.

All the information you should need to make an informed purchase is located in the Perk page.

We have the important info section to the right of the Perk which shows any major terms along with the terms and conditions that the brand have.

We also have an FAQ section further down the Perk page to help with any frequently asked questions you may have before you make your purchase.

Please be sure to check all of this information before making your purchase to ensure that the voucher is suitable for your intended purchase as all of our vouchers are non-refundable.

Can I Request a Perk?

Do you have a favourite shop or restaurant that's not currently on our platform? Submit a request below, and we'll try our best to add it to the platform. 😊

New Perks are added weekly to our platform, so keep an eye out for more amazing Perks!


Why are some Perks unavailable?

We are always working with our partners to bring you the best deals possible. In some instances we have to temporarily remove some Perks, while we investigate potential issues, or while negotiating better deals.

Please keep your eyes peeled as, more often than not, our Perks come back bigger and better!
