Adding your company values to Perkbox helps embed your culture across the platform. Your values can be tagged when recognising colleagues – and when running polls – in the Celebration hub.
Add a new value
Step one – In your Admin dashboard, select Customisation from the left-hand menu.
Step two – Select Company values.
Step three – Select Add a value.
Step four – Enter the details (Name, Description, Image, and Tag).
Step five – Select Add company value. Your new value will appear the next time you send a recognition in the Celebration hub, and when you create a poll.
Manage existing values
To update a value, use Edit on the right-hand side. To remove one, select Delete. Changes are reflected immediately.
