One of Recognition's cool features is the ability to tag events with any recognitions posts such as Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversary, etc to really bring your company culture to life.
What's even cooler is you can also create custom Celebration tags to link your recognition posts with any special events that is unique to your organisation. A few awesome ones we've seen are Perkiversary, Newbies, Kicking Goals and Employee Appreciation Day.
Step One: Select the 'Customisation' tab from the menu options on the left-hand side of your Admin Dashboard.
Step Two: Select 'company celebrations'
Step Three: Select 'Add New Celebration'
Step Four: enter a name for your celebration, a tag, and choose from our template of icons to use for it.
Step Five: Select 'Create'
