You can find all your Perk redemptions in Order History on web or in the app. This guide walks you through how to view discount codes and gift card numbers – and how to mark a Perk as used.
If you’re using a web browser
If you’re on a desktop or laptop, you can view and manage all your redemptions from Order History in just a few clicks.
Step one – Select your profile icon in the top-right corner, then choose Order History.
Step two – On Order History, you’ll see all your Perks in one place. Use the tabs to switch between New and Used redemptions.
Step three – Select View to open the redemption details – this reveals any discount codes or gift card numbers.
Step four – After you’ve used the Perk, select Mark as used to move it to the Used tab.
If you’re using the app
On mobile, the Perkbox app keeps everything in easy reach – you can quickly find codes and gift card numbers and mark items as used.
Step one – From the homepage, select Perks.
Step two – Select Order History to see your list of redemptions.
Step three – Tap a redemption to open its details – this shows any discount codes or gift card numbers.
Step four – When you’ve used it, select Mark as used and it will move to the Used tab.
