Have you received a welcome email or a link inviting you to join the Perkbox platform? This article will take you through the steps on how to do it!
If you haven’t received any form of invitation yet, please speak with your Perkbox admin directly. This is normally someone in your HR/People team.
Activating via your Welcome Email
Your welcome email will look like this:
Select the Get Started button, and choose your password. This must be at least 12 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.
Once you’ve chosen your password, you will be asked to agree to the End User Terms and Conditions, and you’ll also get to choose whether you want to receive our emails about new updates you might like.
After agreeing and choosing your contact preferences, select Activate, and you’ll have access to your account, and can start exploring straight away!
Activating via an invitation link
You might receive a link to join Perkbox directly from your company Perkbox admin. You can use this link to get started. The link information should look like this:
Join me on Perkbox, our platform for perks, recognition, and wellness!
Use this link to sign up: https://testlink.perkbox.com/activate
To proceed:
Click the link and you will be directed to a screen to enter your email address.
Enter your email address – this is typically your work email address or the one typically used for work-related purposes.
Select Next, and you'll be sent a one-time code.
Your People team or company Perkbox admin should have already registered your email with us to ensure successful login.
If you are not sure which email address to enter, please contact them directly.
Once you’ve entered the email address, you will be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your email.
Once you’ve entered the one-time code, you will be asked to agree to the End User Terms and Conditions, and you’ll also get to choose whether you want to receive our emails about new updates you might like.
After agreeing and choosing your contact preferences, select Activate, and you’ll have access to your account, and can start exploring straight away!
