How to: update your password

If you're trying to change your password to something more memorable and secure, you can follow these steps.

Resetting your password within Perkbox

Step One: Log into your Perkbox account.

Step Two: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen, which has either your initials or your current profile picture, select 'My Account'.

Step Three: Select 'Change password' from the right hand menu.

Step Four: Enter your current password and then enter your new password. This must be at least 12 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.

Step Five: Select 'Change password' to confirm the change.


Resetting your password outside of Perkbox

If you're currently not signed into the platform, you'll need to request a Password Reset email to change your password instead.


Resetting your password via SSO

You will need to contact your internal IT department to help you reset your password. Perkbox doesn’t store your login details so we can't reset it for you.

What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Single sign-on (or SSO for short) is a method of logging into several different websites and platforms with a single email and password. Popular SSO providers include Microsoft Azure and Google. If your company has SSO switched on for Perkbox, you use the same company email and password to log into your account.
