Having app issues?

Please read below if you are having issues with the Perkbox app

If you're having issues with the Perkbox app, please contact us using the blue live chat button in the bottom-right of your screen and follow the steps or email us on help-me@perkbox.com with the information below:

  • Mobile manufacturer & model

  • A screenshot of the error

  • Full app version (In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Check for updates, this will show full release version)

  • What steps did you take before being presented with the error (this is so we can look to reproduce the error)

  • Have you taken any steps to fix this yourself? (i.e. have you tried deleting and re-installing the app)

This will help us work to fixing the issue for you so you can continue using the app.
