There are many circumstances which could lead to your transaction not being successful. Usually, this will lead to an error message being displayed similar to the ones highlighted below.

Should you see an error like this, we recommend checking to see if the payment has been successful with your bank, and also checking your order history within Perkbox, before attempting a second transaction as it may have taken a little longer to process than usual.
