When will I receive my Flexi Points?

How often you receive your flexi points is decided by your admin. Please get in touch with help-me@perkbox.com and we'd be happy to confirm this for you. 😊

Do Flexi points have an expiration date?

Flexi points have an expiration date of 365 days from the date they are allocated to a user and the platform will always take the oldest points first for the expiry order. For example, points received in February 2024 will not expire until February 2025.

Can I purchase more Flexi points?

No, additional Flexi points cannot currently be purchased.

How do I check how many Flexi points I have?

You can keep track of your Flexi point balance and recent spending within your Perkbox wallet. Click the wallet icon at the top of your Perkbox platform to access this.
