We're thrilled to announce some exciting improvements to Reward points and the Reward catalogue that will make it clearer and more enjoyable to use. This article explains the details of the changes, as well as giving you some examples.

What’s changed?

On 6th July 2024, we made some changes to Reward points and Reward catalogue after learning that many of you struggle to understand how much your Reward points are worth.

Changes to Reward points balances

If you had a Reward points balance on the 6th July 2024 when the change took place, you will see that after the change your Reward points balance and the Reward catalogue prices will look lower. This is due to the updates we've done to our Reward points system.

Don't worry - the value of rewards you can get with your new Reward points balance is exactly the same as before, so you can still enjoy the same great rewards as before without any loss of value.

To help you understand how your balance has changed, there's a notification in your wallet stating the previous points balance and the current, updated balance.

It should look similar to the image below:

Note: this is a generic example, your specific balance may look different

Changes to Reward catalogue prices

To match the new points balances, Reward catalogue prices have also be lowered. This means you can still get the same great rewards without any loss in value.

Here's an example of the changes in the catalogue:

Note: specific prices may vary depending on location. Above examples include Caffe Nero (UK), Woolworth (AU), Amazon (international)

Note: any vouchers or physical gifts you redeemed before 6th July 2024 won’t be affected.

Here are some examples

Changes to Reward point balances

Before the change, Jackie had 3371 points — enough to buy a shopping voucher that cost 3371 points. After the change, they have 1000 points — but the very same voucher will also cost 1000 points.

Catalogue price changes

Before the change, 337 Reward points could get you a £10 Amazon voucher. Now, you can get the same £10 Amazon voucher for 100 Reward points.

As you can see, the prices in our Reward catalogue and the Reward points balances in your wallet have been adjusted accordingly, so you're not paying any more for your favourite brands than you did before.

What if I have further questions?

We hope these changes make your Reward experience even better! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Happiness team the live chat or email.
