How to: Set-up automated recognitions & rewards

Save time (and never miss an event) by setting up automated recognitions and rewards.

Currently available for birthdays and work Anniversaries, you can locate these automated celebrations within the 'Automation' section of your Admin Dashboard.

Step One: Select the 'Automations' tab from the menu options on the left-hand side of your Admin Dashboard.

Step Two: Select the 'set up a new automation' button for either birthdays or work anniversary.

Step Three: Choose the type of automation you'd like to set-up: 'Recognition only' or 'Recognition and reward'.

Step Four: Select your country.

Step Five: Fill in the 'sender name' section. This can either be your name or something else.

Step Six: Add a message. This is what the user will see when they open the recognition. You can also add any of your company's 'Celebrations' or 'Values'.

You can see a preview of your message by selecting the 'Preview your message' button.

Step Seven: If you wish to add Reward points to your automated celebration take these additional steps:

  1. Select which Reward wallet and budget you would like to use.

  2. Set-up the amount of Reward points you'd like to award every year.

  3. Enter the number of points.

  4. Tick the box to confirm the T&Cs.

Step Eight: Select 'activate automation'.

Automated celebrations will be set live at 11am UTC on the day of the celebration.
