How to: Set-up automated recognitions & rewards

Save time (and never miss an event) by setting up automated recognitions and rewards. Currently available for both Birthdays and Work Anniversaries, you can locate these automated celebrations within the 'Automation' section of your Admin Dashboard.

Here's how to set them up:

  1. Select the 'set up a new automation' button for either birthdays or work anniversary.

  2. Choose the type of automation you'd like to set-up: 'Recognition only' or 'Recognition and reward'

  3. Select your country

  4. Fill in the 'sender name' section. This can either be your name or something else.

  5. Add a message.

  6. Optional: Add any of your company's 'Celebrations' or 'Values'

  7. Click activate automation.

If you wish to add Reward points to your automated celebration you'd need to follow the below steps as well:

  1. Select which Reward wallet and budget you would like to use.

  2. Set-up the amount of Reward points you'd like to award every year.

  3. Enter the number of points.

  4. Tick the box to confirm the T&Cs.

*You can see a preview of your message by clicking the 'Preview your message' button at the bottom of the page. Automated celebrations will be set live at 11am UTC on the day of the celebration
