Installing the App

Step One: You can download our mobile app from the iOS App Store for Apple devices, or from the Google Play Store if you have an Android device.

Step Two: Once downloaded, you will need to enter your company domain to access your company’s platform. If you’re unsure, our help article, Logging into Perkbox with your 'Company Domain', can guide you through this.

Step Three: Enter your login information.

Step Four: Once you’re logged in, you can explore the platform just the same as on your computer - but now, you have Perkbox on the go!


Having problems with the mobile app?

I’ve tried updating to the latest version, but it isn’t working 😕

Try uninstalling the app, then reinstalling from the Google Play or the App Store. When reinstalling, you should get the most recent version by default.

I’ve tried reinstalling, but I'm still on the old version 😞

We’ve found that some devices struggle to update apps. We recommend waiting a couple of days and trying again. In the meantime, you can still use the Perkbox website from your phone browser.

I've reinstalled multiple times and it’s still not working ☹️

If you still can’t get the latest version of the app, even after multiple attempts, it might be worth checking whether your device or operating system is still supported.

  • For Android: we support anything from 5.0 upwards, but you’ll have a better experience if you use 7.0 and above.

  • For Apple: you can use iOS 6 upwards, but we recommend iOS 10 and above.

If you're still having issues please contact us using the blue live chat button in the bottom-right of your screen and follow the steps or email us on help-me@perkbox.com with the information below:

  • Mobile manufacturer & model

  • A screenshot of the error

  • Full app version (In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Check for updates, this will show full release version)

  • What steps did you take before being presented with the error (this is so we can look to reproduce the error)

  • Have you taken any steps to fix this yourself? (i.e. have you tried deleting and re-installing the app)

This will help us work to fixing the issue for you so you can continue using the app.
