HealthHero is an Online GP service you can access through the Perkbox platform.

Who's eligible?

The HealthHero services are open only to residents and/or nationals of the United Kingdom.

Make sure your employees' country is set correctly on Perkbox. By setting their country as the ‘United Kingdom, ’ you are confirming that they are eligible.

Dependents

Your employees’ ​​children under 16 years of age can be added directly to their HealthHero account under dependant.

No adult dependents can be added currently.

How do employees access online GP with HealthHero?

Your employees can access their Online GP service by selecting ‘Online GP’ on the left-hand navigation menu, then select ‘Go to HealthHero’ on the next page.

Can my employee access this from the Perkbox app?

Yes, they can. You can access it by selecting the ‘Online GP’ tile on the home screen. Then select ‘Go to HealthHero. ’ This will take you to a Perkbox HealthHero portal.

What information does HealthHero need from my employees?

Perkbox shares with HealthHero employee names and email addresses. During the first visit, HealthHero asks for more detailed information. This includes

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • DOB

  • Sex at birth

  • GP details

  • Medical history (current medications, allergies, preexisting conditions)

This information can be edited at any time.

What reporting do you receive?

Initially, there won’t be any reporting functionality.
