A great recognition programme can make a huge difference in a company culture. At the same time, many recognition initiatives can be time-consuming for the People teams.
Recognising everyone is a really simple feature: in just one click, you can set your recognition to be sent to every employee in your organisation who's got Perkbox.
Instead of typing out names individually, check the box that says 'Everyone' - and the recognition you write will be sent to every employee:
Once the recognition is sent, the emails and notifications will be pushed to all of your employees and your recognition will appear in your recognition feed on the Celebration hub:
Who can Recognise everyone?
In order to use this feature, you need to choose who can recognise everyone in your organisation: is it just admins, managers or every employee?
Step One: Select the 'Settings' tab from the menu options on the left-hand side of your Admin Dashboard.
Step Two: Select Roles and permissions' and select the permissions you require under 'Who can select everyone'.
Step Three: a pop up box will appear to confirm you want to update the permissions. Select 'Update permissions'
Once you have saved the new permissions, the option to recognise everyone will appear in the relevant users' recognition forms.
