You can buy Reward points and either give them directly to employees or assign budgets to managers to distribute.
Step one – Open your admin wallet
From your Admin Dashboard, click the wallet icon at the top of the page and select Your points to give.
Step two – Buy Reward points
Click Buy points and enter the amount you'd like in the Enter amount box.
The £ equivalent of your points will appear on the right. For example, £50 gives you 500 Reward points.
Step three – Confirm your purchase
Click Continue to view a summary including:
Net amount
VAT
Total amount due
Choose one of the following payment options:
Bank transfer – You’ll receive an invoice. Once payment is received, the points will appear in your Admin wallet.
Card payment – The quickest option. Enter your card details and your points will be topped up instantly.
Once your Admin wallet has been updated, you can allocate points using one of two methods:
Option one – Give points to employees or managers
To reward employees directly, select Reward Employees. You can:
Reward individuals
Upload a CSV file to bulk reward up to 1,000 users
To allocate points to managers instead, assign a budget to each manager. They’ll be able to reward users within their teams.
Option two – Create budget categories
To organise your points into budgets, select Create Budget, then + Budget.
Add a Budget name, type, and amount
Click Save to create your budget pot
