How to request reward points

Overview

If you don’t have enough reward points to celebrate an important employee milestone, and your company admin has given you permission to do so, you can request more reward points in a few easy steps.

This article will outline how to request reward points from your admin so you can celebrate milestones and great work within your team.

Requesting points

Firstly, go to your Reward wallet and on the right-hand side next to ‘Give points’, select request points.

On the request points page, you’ll need to complete the following:

Budget: Select which budget the points will come out of

Approver: Select which Perkbox admin at your company will approve this request.

Tip: Select an admin who’s available to process your request and not away on leave.

Request amount: Type in the number of reward points you need.

Reason: Let your admin know why you need more reward points; this reason will pop up for them when they go to approve the request.

After all the information is complete, press ‘submit the request’ for the request to be sent to the admin you’ve selected to approve. Once approved, the points will appear in your reward wallet.

How will I know if my request has been approved?

You'll be notified by email and/or push notification if your request has been approved.

Where can I find my requests?

You'll be able to find them below your current balance in your reward wallet under pending.

How do I cancel my request?

Under ‘pending’, click the arrow on the far right of your request. Here you can see your request information. To cancel, select ‘Cancel’, then ‘Cancel pending request.’

Can I edit a pending request?

No, if you want to change any of the information in the request, you will need to delete the request and create a new one.
