So you’ve got some Reward Points in your account – but what are they?
Reward Points are gifted to you by your employer to recognise great work and special moments. These might include:
Birthdays
Work anniversaries
Meeting targets
Going above and beyond at work
When you receive Reward points, you’ll usually be notified with a Celebration explaining why they were awarded.
You can choose to spend your Reward Points straight away or save them up for something extra special in the Rewards hub.
Where to find your Reward Points
You can see your Reward Points in a few places on the Perkbox platform.
On the homepage
On the Home tab, you’ll see an overview of your wallet balances, including your Reward Points.
In My Wallet
To see more detail:
Select the Wallet icon in the top-right corner.
View your Reward Points balance and recent Reward Point transactions.
What can I spend Reward Points on?
You can spend your Reward Points on a wide range of rewards in the Rewards hub.
These include:
Digital vouchers (for example, cinema trips or supermarket savings)
Physical gifts delivered to your home
You can also save your Reward Points to put towards a higher-value reward later.
When browsing the rewards catalogue, you use filters like price range and popularity to help you find something that suits you.
How to get more Reward Points
Employees can’t purchase or earn Reward points directly on Perkbox.
Reward Points are always gifted by your employer or manager as part of their recognition or reward initiatives.
