It's easy to update your profile in a just a few clicks. Here’s where to find it and what you can change.
To get started, click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen (it’ll show your initials or profile picture) and select My Account.
On this page you can:
Upload a profile picture
Change your name
Update your preferred pronouns
Add your date of birth
Update your email address
Add a mobile number
From your profile settings you can also:
Change your contact preferences
Manage saved and linked payment cards
Customise your interests
Change your password whenever you need to
If you access Perkbox via SSO (for example, Microsoft Azure or Google), some details can’t be edited in Perkbox. Please contact your internal Perkbox administrator to update these – this is usually someone in HR.
