How to reset your Perkbox password – signed in, signed out, or via SSO.

If you need to reset your password for any reason, it’s easy to do in a few simple steps. This article walks you through the different ways to reset your password – whether you’re signed in, signed out, or using single sign-on – so you can get back into your account quickly.


Reset your password when you’re signed in

Step one – Log in to your Perkbox account.


Step two – Select your profile icon in the top-right corner, then choose My Account.

Step three – In the left-hand menu, select Change Password.

Step four – Enter your current password, then your new password. Your new password must be at least 12 characters long and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.


Step five – Select Change password to confirm.


Reset your password if you’re signed out

If you’re not signed in, request a password reset email from the sign-in page, then follow the link to set a new password.


Reset your password if you use SSO

If you log in with single sign-on, your internal IT team will help you reset your password. Perkbox doesn’t store your login details, so we can’t reset it for you.

Single sign-on lets you access multiple platforms with one set of credentials. Common providers include Microsoft Azure and Google. If your company has SSO enabled for Perkbox, you use the same company email and password to log in.
