Can you set permissions for users to request points?

Currently, you can only set permission for Admins only or Admins and Managers.

Can you set permissions for specific managers?

Permissions are set at the role level, not the individual level.

Do I have to select from a specific budget?

Yes, a budget needs to be selected.

Will I get a notification on the app or by email if my request is approved? A push notification?

Yes.

Will my request timeout?

No.

If it’s not assigned to you as an admin, can you still approve? If someone is away?

No.

Can you turn off notifications for reward request notifications?

Not currently.

Can I still request points if there are no reward points available in the budget?
Yes, even if no points are currently available, you can still submit a request.

Will managers get a notification when they’re given permission to request rewad points?

Yes, they will receive an email.

Can I also request Flexi points?

No.
