What will I be able to claim?
You will be able to claim one of six options:
Greggs sausage roll - a vegan option is available.
2. Greggs savoury bake or pizza slice – vegan options are available.
Greggs Breakfast Roll Deal - a breakfast roll of your choice plus a hot drink, 250ml orange juice, or 500ml water.
4. Caffè Nero – a standard hot or cold drink.
Vue Super Saver Movie Ticket
A delivered gift —delivered to your home address. Choose from 30+ options including chocolate, snacks, baked goods, seeds, skincare, socks, and more (subject to availability). Alternatively, you can choose an Eco Impact gift to support environmental causes.
When and how often will I receive my voucher?
After making your selection, you will receive your first voucher link via email from notify@huggg.me: 'MoJ Free Gift Scheme has sent you a gift' within 48 hours, to the work email address you used to claim your gift. To ensure you receive your free gift email, we recommend adding this email address to your contacts.
You will receive each subsequent voucher link at the below intervals:
● For Greggs sausage roll vouchers, you will receive your next voucher link 30 days from the date your first voucher link was delivered, and every month thereafter, up to a maximum of 7.
● For Greggs savoury bakes or pizza slices, you will receive your next voucher link 30 days from the date your first voucher link was delivered, and every month thereafter, up to a maximum of 4.
● For Greggs breakfast roll deals, you will receive your next voucher link 30 days from the date your first voucher link was delivered, and every month thereafter, up to a maximum of 3.
● For coffee vouchers, you will receive your next voucher link 30 days from when the date your first voucher link was delivered, and every month thereafter up to a maximum of 3.
● For Vue, you only receive one voucher, and no more thereafter
● For a deliverable gift you will only receive one gift, and no more thereafter
This gift scheme ends on 31st March 2027: no vouchers or gifts will be sent after this date.
How do I use my voucher?
Each time a new voucher is due, an email will arrive from notify@huggg.me: 'MoJ Free Gift Scheme has sent you a gift with a new link and code - just click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to claim.
For delivered gifts, you'll be prompted to enter your home delivery address.
When does my voucher expire?
Your voucher will be valid for the following timeframes, depending on your selection:
● For Greggs sausage roll, savoury and breakfast roll deals you will have 30 days to claim each voucher
● For coffee vouchers, you will have 30 days to claim each voucher
● For Vue and deliverable gift vouchers, you will have until the scheme ends on 31 March 2027 to claim your voucher
The expiry date will be clearly marked on your voucher link when you receive it. Once this date has passed, the voucher link will no longer work. Please ensure that you have claimed your voucher before the expiry date as it cannot be reactivated.
Can I change my selection after opting in?
No, once you've made your selection, you won't be able to switch to a different option, so think carefully about which one suits you best.
How quickly do I need to make my selection?
Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability, so it's worth opting into the scheme as soon as you can. You will also then be able to benefit from the maximum number of vouchers available. Once they are gone, they are gone!
Are there any exclusions where I can use my voucher?
If you choose a Greggs option, you cannot use your voucher in stores run by the following partners: MOTO, Euro Garages, HKS, Applegreen UK, Applegreen Ireland, Blakemore, Compass, MFG, Symonds, Falcon, and Henderson.
If you choose Vue, your ticket covers a Super Saver seat only. You can upgrade, but additional costs will apply.
I haven't received my voucher — what should I do?
First, check your junk, spam or promotions folders. If it's not there, you may have entered an incorrect email address when opting in — please try again using a valid Ministry of Justice work email address. If you've followed these steps and still haven't received your voucher after two working days, contact hello@huggg.me, letting them know you're a MoJ employee.
My delivered gift hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Delivered gifts can take up to 14 working days to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after that time, please contact the supplier directly using the details in your confirmation email.
