What is "Passwordless Login"?
We've recently added a more straightforward and secure way of logging into Perkbox using a one-time code.
On the Perkbox login page, after entering your company domain, you’ll be asked to enter your email address to Sign in using One Time Code.
Once you’ve entered your Perkbox email address, you will receive a 6-digit one-time code in your email, which you can enter to sign in.
This code is valid for 10 minutes. You can request a new code every 30 seconds, but each time you request a new code, the previous one becomes invalid.
If you are a user (not an Admin), you can also choose to sign in the same way using a verified phone number instead of an email address.
Please note that this option will only work if you have already added and verified your number to your Perkbox account.
If you don't want to use this log in method, please rest assured that you still have the option to log in using your password instead, or via SSO if your company has it enabled.
Simply click Sign in using password.

FAQ’s
Q: I didn't receive my one-time code
A. Sometimes, due to network issues or email clients, it can take several minutes to receive a one-time code. If it takes more than 5 minutes and you have ensured you've ensured you've entered the correct Perkbox email address or verified phone number, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness team at help-me@perkbox.com or via the web chat function.
Alternatively, please try signing in via email and password to get access.
Q: I'm an Admin - Why can't I use my phone number to log in?
A. We currently have multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled for admins using phone numbers. To maintain the security of this MFA, we therefore have to restrict the use of login via mobile number to Users only.
Q: My code is showing as invalid
A. This could be due to two reasons:
1) You have entered an email or phone number that isn't registered with Perkbox. If you're not sure which email address is used for your Perkbox account, please contact your Perkbox admin (usually someone in HR/Management) and they can confirm this for you.
2) Network issues may cause an error when validating your one-time code. Please go back to the login page and try again.
Q. I'm getting an error message in-platform
A. Please try clearing your cache and cookies within your browser before trying again. If the issue persists, please speak with our Customer Happiness team at help-me@perkbox.com or via the web chat function, and ensure you have a screenshot or photo of the error message.
Q. I want to log in without using a one-time code
A. You have the choice to log in without using a one-time code. You'll just need to select "Sign in using password" after entering your company domain. Alternatively, you can log in using SSO if it is enabled for your company.
