Accessible only to Perkbox admins, the Admin Dashboard allows you to manage all aspects of your Perkbox platform in one centralised space.

Divided into twelve sections, within this hub you can customise your platform, manage your people and gain an insight into your company's Perkbox engagement - empowering you to understand how your teams are using Perkbox and discover where you can drive further platform usage.

Home: This is the landing page of the Admin Dashboard and gives you a top line overview of how your employees are using Perkbox. If you scroll down to the bottom section of the Admin Dashboard you'll find a link to our Resource Centre, where you'll be able to locate all of the promotional materials you'll need to engage your employees with Perkbox.

People: As an admin, this is where you would manage your employees. Here you can download your 'people List' to see who is currently active on the platform, as well as add/remove users. You can also amend the access-level of employees, by changing their roles to Mangers and/or Admins.

Teams: Adding your employees into teams and assigning team managers will unlock more capabilities within the Perkbox platform. By doing this you will be able to see reports on different teams and and set certain permissions to team managers.

Countries: Perkbox is a global platform, and adding different countries to your company's platform will allow you to define your employees locations, resulting in them being able to access local Perks - no matter where they are in the world.

Reporting: Here you can access a range of detailed charts and interactive reports, to help review your teams engagement.

Customisation: Within this section you can customise your Perkbox platform by adding a logo and changing the colours. You'll also be able to hide specific perks and add your company's benefits, values and celebrations.

Automation: Here you can discover our automated celebrations and rewards - which will save you time and ensure you never miss a special occasion.

Rewards: Want to celebrate a special occasion or achievement? Here is where you can purchase and distribute Reward point, that employees can use to redeem anything within our Rewards catalogue.

Billing: Here you can locate all the information about your company's current package and billing details. This includes information about your current plan and package as well as previous invoices.

Settings: Here is where you can amend your settings and permissions. This includes changing the access levels and sharing capabilities for recognitions and polls within the Celebration hub.

Help: Here you'll find everything you need to understand the platform. This includes marketing content, information for launching Perkbox, customisation information and tips for managing your people.
