As a Perkbox admin you are able to reactivate or deactivated users with the People section of your Admin hub.
Deactivating a user or admin
Step one – Select the People tab from the menu options on the left-hand side of your Admin Dashboard.
Step two – Locate the person you are wanting to deactivate and select the Edit button next to their name.
Step three – Select the Deactivate button and this will instantly remove their Perkbox access.
Deactivate multiple users by CSV
If you need to deactivate several accounts at once, you can do this with a CSV upload.
Step one – In the People tab, select Deactivate people by CSV.
Step two – Download the CSV template and add the users you want to deactivate, following the template fields.
Step three – Upload the completed file and select Deactivate to process the changes.
Deactivation happens immediately. You can reactivate users later using the steps below.
Reactivating a user or admin
Step one – Select the People tab from the menu options on the left-hand side of your Admin Dashboard.
Step two – Select the toggle button and where it says Filter by status or role select Deactivated People.
Step three – Locate the person you are wanting to reactivate by searching their email or full name and select the Edit button next to their name.
Step four – Select the Reactivate button and this will instantly remove grant them access to Perkbox and send an email to their email address with details on how to log back into the platform.
Important: Any users you have deactivated and then reactivated will still have their Flexi point balance available within their account.
For example, if a user had 50 Flexi points at the time of their deactivation, when reactivated they will still have that same balance available. The only exception would be if a user was deactivated for more than a year, as Flexi points have a expiry of 12-months post allocation.
