The Admin Dashboard is your control centre for managing Perkbox. Available to admins only, it brings everything you need into one centralised space.

You’ll find tools to manage users, customise your platform, track engagement, automate celebrations and more – helping you get the most out of Perkbox and drive adoption across your business.

The dashboard is organised into 12 sections:


Home

Your landing page. View top-level platform usage and engagement stats. Scroll down for a link to the Resource Centre, where you’ll find promotional materials to help boost employee engagement.

People

Manage users, download your people list, add or remove employees, and assign roles (Admin or Manager).

Teams

Group employees into teams and assign team managers. This unlocks additional permissions and lets you track usage by team.

Running Perkbox across multiple regions? Add different countries so employees can access local Perks based on their location.
