How to: update contact preferences

Manage Perkbox contact preferences – choose the email alerts you want or opt out of sensitive topics.

It’s easy to manage your contact preferences so you only get the emails you want.

Step one – Go to My Account

Select your profile in the top-right corner and choose My Account.

​Step two – Select Contact preferences

Choose whether to receive all communications by switching on Perkbox communications.

Alternatively, you can leave this off and tick the specific email alerts you’d like – for example free perks reminders, the weekly newsletter, recognition alerts and wellness alerts. You can also unsubscribe from sensitive topics.

​Step three – Save your changes

Select Save to apply your changes.
