Logging in with single sign-on (SSO)

Sign in to Perkbox with SSO – what it is, how to log in, and how to reset your password.

Updated this week

If your company uses single sign-on (SSO) to access Perkbox, your password is managed by your organisation – not Perkbox. Here’s what SSO is, how to sign in, and what to do if you need a password reset.

What is single sign-on (SSO)?

Single sign-on is a method of logging into several different websites and platforms with a single email and password. Common providers include Microsoft Azure and Google.

Sign in with SSO

On the Perkbox sign-in page, enter your company domain, then choose Sign in with SSO. If you see a company-branded SSO button, select that. You’ll be redirected to your organisation’s sign-in page to complete authentication.

Forgot your password?

Because SSO credentials are controlled by your organisation, Perkbox can’t reset them. Please use your company’s usual password reset process or contact your internal IT or Service Desk for help.

Tip: If you don’t see an SSO option, your company may not have enabled SSO for Perkbox. In that case, use Sign in using password.
