FAQs

Why take an assessment?

A few minutes of reflection can help you better understand specific aspects of your wellbeing. It can also be a great way to build positive habits into your routine and hold yourself accountable.

Is it evidence-based?

Yes. The Wellbeing Index assessment uses the non-diagnostic WHO-5 scale, developed by the World Health Organization, to measure wellbeing rather than mental illness.

The social wellbeing assessment is built using the Lubben Social Network Scale (LSNS-6) — a validated clinical tool designed to identify social isolation by measuring the size, closeness, and frequency of contact within your social network

Who will see my responses?

Only you. Your responses and results are completely confidential. Your organisation's Perkbox administrator can only view anonymous, aggregated trends for the whole organisation. All data is handled in line with GDPR. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

What data is stored?

Only final scores are stored, not individual question responses.

What is meant by non-diagnostic?

This means our assessments do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions. Instead, they provide helpful tips and insights to support you in improving your wellbeing score. If you have any health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
