Wellbeing assessments are a non-diagnostic, clinically backed way for employees to reflect on different aspects of their wellbeing and build positive habits over time. This feature is going live from 12th May.

What data is stored?
Only the final assessment score is stored. Individual question responses are not stored.
The stored data includes:
User ID
Final score
Date of submission
Additional encryption layers are applied to wellbeing assessment data.
Can I see assessment results?
Yes. Anonymous, aggregated quarterly reporting will be available so you can keep a pulse on overall employee wellbeing. No individual responses are ever identifiable.
To access reporting, go to Admin > Reports > Wellbeing > Assessments.
Where can employees find assessments?
From 12th May, Employees can access assessments via: Wellbeing β Assessments
If you also have Online GP or EAP, these services will appear under: Wellbeing β Services
Can I turn off Wellbeing assessments?
Yes β you're in control. Once they are live on 12th May, head to Admin > Customisation > Wellbeing assessments visibility to toggle either assessment on or off at any time.
