Open value rewards in Reward Employees can now enter the amount they want when redeeming some of our most popular rewards to the nearest $, instead of choosing from a set of fixed amounts — giving everyone more flexibility when it matters. We've also added new brands to the catalogue.
Wellbeing Assessments Your employees can now take a confidential, clinically validated wellbeing assessment covering social wellbeing and overall wellbeing index. Each assessment gives employees personalised insights and practical steps to build healthier habits. Assessments are anonymous — only the final score is stored — and employees are asked for consent on first use, refreshing every 12 months. Available to all clients with Wellbeing enabled.
Reactions in Celebration Recognition just got more social. Employees can now see exactly who's liked a recognition, and a nudge encourages everyone to be the first to react — making every shoutout feel even more seen. Live on web, with iOS and Android coming soon.
Bulk uploads, without the wait Uploading your people by CSV just got a lot less admin-heavy. Your file now processes in the background, and we'll email you a summary once it's done — including a breakdown of any errors so you can fix and re-upload with ease. You can also track all past uploads in the new Upload History screen in Settings. Note: async uploads must be enabled on your account — contact the Client Success team if you're not sure whether this is active for you.
